I got the rotisserie for Christmas. I can't wait to try it.Maybe a pork roast and then some chickens before I do a big turkey. Now I have to get the rib-o-lator unless I can find a big enough basket,

George,

How do you do your lamb on the rotisserie. I also got one for Christmas and broke it in with 2 chickens last night.

I picked up a boneless leg of lamb at Costco today and was going to just do a simple greek marinade (lemon, rosemary, oregano, garlic) but am open to other suggestions/ideas. Thanks

tim, that sounds good. i just poke a bunch of holes on it then put slivers of garlic in the holes. also rub with rosemary. i like it simple like that. i cook till about 155 int temp.

Joe... nice score w/ the rotisserie. I love to rotiss meat, the outcome is usually very moist. Neighborhood New Years Eve party will be doing a baron of beef on a rotiss and if we can get a good price on a 80 lb hog we will rotiss one also.
