Hello all,

Today I am cooking a pork roast using the rotisserie for the first time.I will post pics back in this thread.I'm using a rub with rosemary, thyme, garlic sage, citrus, black pepper and some other spices.I'm going to set the charcoal baskets left to right and put a water pan in the middle and hope to cook the roast at 350-400.don't mind the winter mess.I may redo my table an have my dome and kettle both in there. This was probably the best pork roast I ever did.Better than any off my ceramic.

Hi Joe, great looking roast!!

I have seen others on here using that basket, and seem to like it.

I asked for, and recieved one for Christmas, but haven't used it yet.
May try it tomorrow with some wings.
I plan to "Pam" it well first because I've heard cleaning it can be a Pita.

Thanks bob,

Do you think that basket can hold a roast or maybe a st/louis style rib? I would to get the rib-o-lator.

i got a basket to use but never got to it. others have said they use theirs often. the darn thing i had rusted sitting there. yes, i plan on getting another and will use it but i will only get a stainless model. just wasting yer bucks getting something else.
