Oyster Pie

Ingredients:
1 Pint oysters drained save liquid
1 Egg
1 5 oz. Can evaporated milk
1 Stack Ritz crackers slightly crushed (don't pulverize them)
3 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Spray a 1 qt casserole dish with Pam Starting with crackers, layer the oysters and crackers.

Beat together the milk, egg and enough oyster liquid to equal 1 cup. Pour over oysters and crackers

Using a fork lift the oysters and crackers gently to allow the liquid all around
Dot the top with butter

Bake at 350 for 25 min.

Serve immediately.
