Didn't have bacon so I used some sliced ham. Threw the ham in a frying pan along with some salsa verde to give it a little more flavor. Cream cheese, feta, a little more salsa verde and shredded mexican cheese blend. Fire roasted some jalapenos, peeled and deveined.

Wow that looks wonderful!! Have you ever used the feta chees in regular ABT's and what is the verdict on that. Sounds like something I would want to give a shot.

Excellent work, John!

Outstanding, but the wind blew some green bushes or something on the plate.

About how long did it take to cook and did you throw some wood on the coals?

Thanks a bunch!

Matt

The wraps are silicon food wraps.

I think it took around 1.5 to 2 hours to cook. I think I used apple for smoke, maybe red oak. I really need to keep a log lol.
