Dark & Stormy: Rum + ginger beer

This weekend I added a new drink to my BBQ drink rotation. It is a "dark and stormy". Its made with 1 part Gosslings black rum, 4 parts ginger beer and a lime wedge. Real easy to drink and to make. Makes for a good summery refreshing drink.

Currently my favorite drink.

Dark/black rum and the best ginger beer you can find are worth it.

I highly recommend Barritt's Ginger Beer if you can find it. The D&S is the national drink of Bermuda and this stuff with Black Seal is as good as it gets. Second choice for me is Gosling's ginger beer. It's hard to believe a drink that good can be so simple to make.
