Honey Balsamic Glaze and Pork Chops

Been a while since I had this glaze despite several requests... tonight I'll revive this wonderful glaze.

Honey Balsamic Glaze

1/2 c balsamic vinegar
3 T honey
2 T sugar
1 1/2 T soy sauce
Bring to a boil then simmer. Reduce to about 1/2 cup.

Possible additions: Ginger and alleppo pepper for a little heat.

This is particularly good on pork tenderloins but tonight it will be chops!

Perhaps with heat it would work well for wings too.

Yes Sir! It needed two pinches of aleppo pepper tho. They dipped back into the sauce twice after it was glazed. This is so easy for so much flavor.

Steve,

I think I've found the glaze for my drumettes that I'll be doing for the Super Bowl. And I will add a little heat to the recipe.

Thanks,

Paul
