I am out of galic and I need some for a recipe. About how much garlic powder is equivalent to two cloves of garlic? I know it wont taste the same but my back is against the wall right now.
Different sources say different stuff, but it should be between 1/8 - 1/2 tsp. per clove. I guess it depends on the strength and freshness of the powder.
