simple supper

Bought a half dozen of local Sendik's Special Italian sausage, quartered a <span class="ev_code_RED">red pepper</span> and halved an onion. Lubed the veggies with "evoo" (i HATE saying that)and fired up the OTS. Tossed everything on the grill, kept em there 'til they screamed they were done

Took everyone off, then Liz said, "we need some more veggies..."
So this was supper tonight.
I know... who ever heard of serving carrots and brocolli with Italians and peppers? But it was good

What makes the Italians "Special" from Sendik's is: They stuff the casings with their own seasoned Italian sausage and then add provolone cheese and green peppers. Real Yummy

I second that John! Love em! I like to grill em like Jim did ..and, when attending festivals,etc., I think it's the most consistantly good food sold
