Orange Marmalade Sriracha Ham???

I am cooking a 20 lb ham today. Thinking about using some left over Orange Marmalade Sriracha on some left over ham steaks but not sure how I should cook them without getting the steaks overdone. Any ideas?
 
I usually just fry ham steaks. Depending on how much fat is on the steaks you made need a little oil (I use butter). Then just glaze with the sauce after you have a nice color on them. That sauce is great on everything. The peach variation is great too.
