Hi again guys! This is the final thing I cooked yesterday. Did I mention my new grill got a workout? LOL!

Started off with some 85% ground beef. The meat man said it was ground up ribeye scraps so I knew they would be good! Made them around 1/2lb each. Seasoned with Wolfe Original.

Here is a pic of the bacon being cooked on my cast iron skillet on the side burner. Bacon was awesome and didnt stink up the house! LOL! I cooked the mushrooms on the grill in my chefmate grilling basket combo thing. It came with two baskets- one didnt have holes. The burgers are also being cooked at the same time.

I cooked the bacon on low and cooked the burgers and mushrooms at about 400. The mushrooms had butter, lea & perrins, and minced garlic. They came out perfect! I am going to love this bowl thing.

I like my burger a little more rare than this but it was still one of the best burgers I have ever had. Genesis KICKS ***!
