Bourbon BBQ is real good, very traditional. They seem to do a nice business, eat-in or take-out. The brisket is chopped, not sliced, but great flavor. Easy to get to off Rt. 208 in Bergen County.
Unfortunately, they seem to have had a fire some months ago; haven't heard any news of reopening...

Looks like this place is going to be reopening in late Aug / early Sept. Check their website for more info.

This location is closed. It wasn't very good anyway. There is a location with the same name in Garfield (http://www.bourbonbbqgarfield.com/) but it doesn't seem to have any connection to this place.
