1 Month 18" ribs, turkey, chicken, brisket etc...OMG

we have had our wsm 18" now for one month.
first day, was ribs and turkey breast... both rave reviews both recipes from this website.

week after, whole turkey (18lbs) pork tenderloins (pretzel method)... mom loved them along with rest.

WSM - everyone thinks i'm some sort of expert, this grill/smoker is top notch and makes a huge difference. almost bought the bradley smoker but opt'd for this one. glad i did.

temp issues... so far been able to keep it between 190-285. minion method works great. i use mesquite, hickory, oak, pecan... texas influence and i'm stuck in AL.
like the cider, cider vinegar, apple juice spray mix for moisture.

have done 4 whole chickens and 2 cornish hens variety of rubs since. great results.
this website has been a huge help. thanks for the posts.

working on my idea of texas brisket and long smoke and cure. love this smoker and what its done so far for our diet and how much we love the taste. our neighbors love being our guinea pigs.

can't relay names of all those who helped but a glass of wine and visit to maxwell afb, al and i'll tell you.
thanks again for this website and those willing to give up good info.

need to figure out how to do salmon, halbut and cheese.
