Steaks tonight.

Stopped at Sam's on the way home from work today and picked up some ribeyes. Salted the steaks for 45 minutes or so and added some pepper.

Well done John, and if you don't mind me asking, what does Sam's want per pound for those beauties ? I'm alway interested in the regional price differences.

I think they were 6.99/lb. the package was $26.00
