Brisket and Pork Recipe Ideas

I usually have brisket and pulled pork left from competitions and get togethers. Does anyone have good recipe ideas that I could use with these meats? Used the briset for fajitas last night and it was a great hit! Thanks!

A good chili recipe works for me. Substitute the ground beef with the pork or brisket.

The pulled pork is good for enchiladas or when any other food needs a meat 'stuffing'.

BBQ Spaghetti!

I usualy cut the BBQ sauce with tomato sauce though
