Smoke Day 12 - The Turkey

I have a couple of turkeys taking up room in the freezer so I figured I might as well smoke one today.
The plan is to remove the meat and freeze most of it for other dishes in the future.

The grills are in position for all the cooking that went down today.

The bid is on and the snake is light. I added a couple of chunks of apple wood for smoke.
