Happy Smoke Day!
Here are the players that are playing today:

Brisket, Pastrami Plated ribs, boneless short ribs, pork rib tips & chicken

Pastrami Plated Ribs are on in the WSM

Southwest Colorado brisket & boneless short ribs are in the Good One Open Range
Got a early start to the day so we needed some breakfast.
Deb fixed breakfast burritos on the Weber.




My dad came out for breakfast this morning.

We have several more things planned on the menu for today.

Looks great Russ. I see you are breaking in your new deck the right way. That is the finest looking wind break I have ever seen.
 
Pastrami ribs are ready to be wrapped.

Boneless beef ribs are done, will let them rest for a while.

Brisket is ready to be wrapped.

While doing all this Deb is making kraut burgers

Blue & Myles got some kraut burger,

Made some rolls for our brisket sammies.

Got the PBC going too. Nothing better than chicken in the PBC.

Chicken is done, will let it rest too.

Pork rib tips are done, had to sample a few of them. They sure were guud.

Time to eat....


All in all it was pretty guud. The brisket was the best of all. As was the chicken. Cant beat chicken in the PBC. The pastrami ribs were a little too salty for us.
We have plenty of leftovers for a few days.
Got to use all most all of my smokers today except the little Bronc smoker. It gets to go camping next week.
Have a safe Memorial Day weekend everyone.
 
Russ, you and Deb did one awesome job. Everything looks so delicious, great day of cooking for sure.
