Pulled the trigger on one today, the Italian in my wife rubbed off on me. Will make something weekend (not likely what I want (Smoked Mac & Cheese)) This should be a lot of fun. The Bride is reading the recipe book as I type

Browned Butter Mizthra Sauce

Both were amazing but the Browned Butter Mizthra is my bride's secret weapon. It's Amazing!
 
Chuck that looks fantastic will have to give that a try for sure. I remember how my grandmother use to do hers and it was great. If the Mrs. is reading the book, how about she join in and the two of you do something together. Would love to see that. Again great job.

Jbesinger (a once in a while, used to be prolific poster here) spoke very highly of the Ginger Scallion noodles from a cookbook called Momofuku. I bot the cookbook, never made anything from it, and lent it to a couple friends when they got a pasta maker. They weren't blown away and I haven't had it but maybe I will now.
