Any ideas for boneless chuck? On grill or WSM??

Hello,
A local store has boneless beef chuck roasts on sale this week for $1.89 per lb.

Not sure of their size, and I've never cooked one on the grill, or WSM.

Any ideas for cooking would be greatly appreciated!

Make Gyros

Grind it for burgers or meatloaf

Make BBQ or southwest pulled beef for BBQ beef sammies or tacos/burritos/ enchiladas . Smoke to 160ºF, foil, in the oven at 275ºF for a couple of hours, until it's fall apart tender. Then rest it a bit then shred.
