pork butt question

it seems that most people use the butt for pulled pork does anybody use the boston butt for a roast and if so do you have any good reciepes
 
Just cook it until an internal of 160 instead of between 180 and 210. Then you can slice it. Still cook at a lower temperature (about 275) unless you plan on foiling it or cooking in a covered pot (in which case go for (350).

For a recipe, it all depends on what you are looking for and your cooking method.

Google "pernil" it's a great way to cook a butt for slicing. I'd post my recipe but I can't find it.
