Celebrated my Aunties Birthday today... grilled up some Ribeyes, Asparagus, Green Chile, and Zucchini. Used 2 chimney's of regular Kingsford charcoal. Had a high, medium, and indirect cooking zones... gotta love the Rancher's acres of space.

Ribeye's seasoned with salt and pepper, and brushed with canola oil.

Seared them and moved them to a medium heat.

Great job on the cook! That ranch kettle is awesome! I can't stop staring at the amount of food you have on that thing, and still you have room for more!

Nice job Bryant... It is great to have lots of room to cook... I was trying to buy a Rancher off a contractor friend and got him down to $250. But I found a Country Club that was replacing their charcoal fired 2'x5' "Belsons" for a fancy stainless steel gasser. The mgr said make him an offer so I said $50 a piece. So for 100 bucks I got 2 huge charcoal grills. They are conversation pieces at Seahawk game tailgates and I am sure your Rancher would be too...
