Cahrcuterie Follow up

I read on Ruhlman's blog that he and Polcyn just got back from a salume tour of Italy where there were doing research for the follow up book to Charcuterie. He mentioned that the manuscript is due 9/1 which makes me think it'll be done for xmas 2010, but I may be way overly optimistic.

none the less, call me psyched!
 
Okay, Now I have to go back and REALLY read those two post cause I missed that! Would be a great thing though!!!
 
I'm planning on checking out his original Charcuterie book at a local library before I buy it. Always a dangerous thing to do...

Me too. Love the first book, the second one should be great as well.
