I recently purchased a WSM 22.5 and the door area on the black enamel had a small chip. Weber, with their excellent customer service, quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, this cooking section had 3 small chips on the bottom of the cooking area, I'm pretty particular if you haven't guessed already. This time, weber had QA pick one out for me and wrapped it in plastic wrap, wrap it in bubble wrap, and then ship it to me. This one is perfect. Outstanding service from Weber.
Anyways, I didn't pay for these and hate the charge anything for them. If you are in need of a replacement but don't want to shell out the $109, one of these two is yours. Includes the hardware too, I am keeping one thermometer gasket for back up though : )
