New prop for shooting birds

R.I.P. 3/31/2022
A few of you kind folks have asked for more of my bird photos, so here are a few with a new prop.
A piece of firewood had a cavity in it so I put peanut butter and seeds inside.
This was a test run, through a glass door, handheld, with a slow zoom.
Tripod, remote, and faster lens for my next attempt.
I was lazy, so these are auto-enhanced.

The mini kettle is still an option again this winter.

But maybe add some weight.

Thanks for letting me give you all the bird! :p

Good stuff Bob! Really like that first one - great bokeh. And the Cardinal with the red kettle is a classic.

Bob, you have some steady hands and some clean windows. I love those photos and envy your skills. The Cardinal is certainly the Alpha "Dog".

Thanks so much everyone!

Mike, I'm gonna take your avatar as being a St Louis Baseball Cardinal, not the football team that deserted us for the desert.:p

As it should be Bob...and as far as football is concerned I'm a Rams fan!

Now, if the St. Louis Hawks would just come back... (but baseball has always been my favorite!)
