NASA Rocket Explodes on Launch - No apparent Deaths.


 
NASA has been sending rockets into space for 50 years, this is inexcusable. Thank God it was unmanned
 
Looks like it was not NASA, but a subcontractor. Either way they should have this business figured out by now.
 
1960's-era RUSSIAN rocket engines; it should have been expected. Quite an embarrassment to our once-proud space program.... sadly, Grissom, et al., are no doubt spinning in their graves.
