Interesting article on how bacon went from just a breakfast food at home to the trendiest food ingredient in America...from being so cheap and abundant that producers practically had to give it away to record sales and sky-high price/lb.

Very interesting article Chris. 11 out of a million kids named Bacon..... my daughter in law is due early next year.....maybe if I cook enough bacon for her she will think
that naming the child Bacon is her own idea?
