Tonights beef ribs


 
i didn't know beef ribs came with meat.

amazing that they take all the meat off and then charge ya for bones. nice lookin ribs there gary !
 
Gary, you present a very good argument for a search to purchase beef instead of pork ribs next time. Do they cook within six hours low and slow, or do they require a little more time?

Those look a whole lot better than mine came out! I'd say they'll need a little more time, elliot -- especially with that much meat.

Those pics make me want to try again, Gary. And this time I look for meatier ribs.

They take anywhere between 4-6 hrs. I agree it appears they need more time, but they photgraph looking really Gristly, they just dissolve in your mouth....super tender. I coat em heavy w/ a rub and sometimes foil for an hr. They have enough fat where you really dont have to though. I usually pic up a nice slab for 6-7 bucks.
