But we did have a good time with three racks of spares, corn on the cob, and home made ice cream with fresh local strawberries, all enjoyed by me, my wife, daughter and son-in-law, two grand babies (one almost two, and one who is to make its debut in October) and my wife's sister. And I was very much aware of the many whose sacrifices made it possible for our families to share days like this.
