I have started

I have the 18" fired up waiting for it to settle down so I can put two pork butts on. Looks like rain here in SE Kansas so I brought the smoker off the deck and onto the covered porch. Tomorrow I have two racks of baby backs I have collected this months from SAMs clubs at a reduced price and then two chickens. Wife likes chicken for the camper. We vac it up freeze easy first nite meal.

Sounds like the weather that has been here in Colorado is heading towards Kansas.

I pulled every thing under the covered porch and the strom disapated. Had some good wind and thunder. Watching those butts stall at 175 at now.
