WSM 10 Smoke Day- Down Under

Well its now early Sunday morning here, and before I finish cleaning up, I thought I would post some photos.

Basic Ingrediants



The all important smoke. Some Banksia cones and a handful of Macadamia nut shells.




The all important ribs, ready to smoke.




And Mr Snapper, (locally caught) for those strange people who do not eat red meat.


For desert, Apple and Tamarillo Pie, the pastry has been blind baked, filling added and is ready to go back in the oven.

Table Time. A few Tiger prawns (shrimp) and some local Sydney Rock oysters as well.


A good time was had by all.
