Yes the healthy grilling does work, at least for me. I have been grilling lots more chicken, turkey and pork,
and cut way back on the red meat. Today at my doctor visit, my higher blood pressure number was down
by 30 points, and i am losing weight too. Give it a try, it might work for you too.

We do have to take care of ourselves, and our loved ones with this hobby.

That's good news Bob. Anytime you can get your b/p down without just relying on medicine that is a great thing!!!

I recently started using a lot of ground turkey. It's not bad. It really was a surprise to me
 
Great Bob. I might also suggest regular visit to a local gym. Hy wife was borderline high a few years ago and started going to the gym 4 days a week. Her bp is now routinely 110 over 70 with no meds. I also go 3 or 4 times a week (plus golf 3 days a week) and mine is also down.
