I just saw this & I know there's lots of dog lovers here...

I've only seen an adverse (that I noticed) reaction once.... the dog ate a piece of chocolate that fell on the floor & vomited immediately and was OK.

Thanks for the post. Also keep in mind that different dogs react in different ways to some of these. Our husky mix ate a whole box of bakers chocolate once and it didn't phase her one bit.

Thanks for the post Clint. One of our Golden Retrievers is a walking vacuum cleaner she will pick up anything in her path and taste it and more likely then not eat it. It's a constant battle pulling stuff out of her mouth, but we've been lucky nothing serious so far.

was raised in the country, w country pets. If you'd have told my daddy that he can buy dog food he'd laughed. They ate table scraps and snacks we kids spilled while playing outside and I'm sure that included pretty much everything on this list!

Bob I recall a pic of your cool doggie, looked like she was very relaxed and leading the good life - must've been after her chocolate snack!!

Not sure how 'real' the poster is but it's pretty to look at:) hehe.

Don't lift the lid....
