ive been thinking about getting a few of these. Not with the nonstick coating but it does say "stick resistant". Does anyone have any experience with these? the research ive done says its a lot like cast iron which is what I use now. Im just wanting to get a few lighter pans in my arsenal. So...... any thoughts on this hard anodized stuff? thank you

Corey,

You might want to also compare "Scanpan" also. I have quite a few peices that I love. It is not 100% non-stick, but they clean up easily.

I got an all-clad anodized pan, it's warped just a bit (still works, last time I tried) and has plenty of scratches.

maybe try a stainless? Unless I let the heat get out of control there's no problems..... if it gets too hot then olive oil will leave a tan residue and stuff will burn... I have some Calphalon tri ply pieces..... frying & sauce pans, & soup kettles.
