I went and picked up my 22" WSM Yesterday. Along with some rubs and sauces, and another chimney.
I broke one of the screws while putting it together and there were no extras which kind of pissed me off, but oh well. $0.19 at the hardware store, plus I bought a hinged grate for my 22" OTS, ya gotta spend more then $0.19 at the hardware store
One question I had was, is there suppose to be that much side-to-side movement in the bottom grate? Where it rests above the water pan? I understand with the screws/nuts sticking out in the middle section the grate has to be smaller to clear that. I just thought that there would be something to keep the lower grate from moving around.
