Bratwurst Stuffed Mushrooms

Closed Account
Couple Leftover Bratwursts
10-15 Mushrooms
Shredded Cheese of your choice (I used Mexiblend)
BBQ Rub (I used Wolfe Rub Bold)

Remove stems from mushrooms
Slice Bratwurst into 1/2" pieces and place inside each mushroom top
Sprinkle with Rub
Top with Cheese
Grill or bake at 350* until cheese is melted

 
Perfect for pregame, halftime or anytime....
But Larry, up here in Wisconsin, I have never seen leftover brats.
Especially, Johnsonvilles.
 
All I can say is YUM!
I'm doing a "Burgers-N-Brats" grill for a make shift Family reunion tomorrow. Guess I'll be serving them the Burgers first to fill them up.
