I got an email from Thermoworks promoting some new products. I just thought I'd pass this along in case anyone happened to be interested. I'm not affiliated with them in any way. I own a thermapen and like it. So, I am on their mailing list, which I don't mind.

Darren, I'm so glad you posted this.

I have 4 of Thermoworks' original Big and Loud timers and love them, but found the lack of a stand and Count Up capability a little disappointing. It's hard to find a timer these days that will include a count up timer and a few of those that do include it will only count-down time for 90 minutes. And now they have everything I want in a timer. I've had the older model for about 4 or 5 years and have been extremely pleased. I've had my Thermapen thermometer for at least 10 years and it is still going strong. It's a great and reliable company.

Note: If the new one is the same as my older models (if looks to have the same frame), it is 3.5" X 5".

I agree 100%. I have 3 timers and 2 temperature probes. They are well worth the money.
