I visited the blind tiger during a machine installation in Meriden, close to Topeka, in Jan 2012. It was my first ever pulled pork and I could not stop eating until the plate was empty, and I was more than full. Visited a second time the same week and had ribs that time. Everything was even better since the blind tiger is also a brewery with 9 different beers on tap. If I ever end up in Topeka again I will visit them.
