What are you cooking on your mini?


 
So far I've done 2 spatchcocked chickens (at the same time), beef short ribs, spares and bb's, rib roast, and chicken wings.
 
Just chicken thighs and breast so far. Just looked at a pastrami recipe in the photo gallery that looked incredible so I may get to this soon.
 
I've done fatties, ribs, chuck roasts, tri-tips, moinks, chicken halves and a pile of other things I can't remember.
 
I just finished mine yesterday, I did a meatloaf today. Nothing liked smoked meatloaf, in my opinion.
 
i think that it can do just about anything as long as we understand its limitations as to size and it ability to hold only so much charcoal.
