Sriracha Kettle Fried Chicken

This is the 'recipe' I used for Throwdown #13 - Chicken Wings.

It is not so much a recipe as it is a list of ingredients since I just eyeballed it and will be changing some things up in the future.

Breading #1
Flour, corn starch, garlic powder, masa (corn flour), New Mexico chile pepper powdered, sugar, salt, onion powder, paprika.

Batter mix
Same as Breading #1 with Huy Fong Sriracha sauce and water added.

Breading #2
Panko bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, sugar.

Begin by dredging the chicken in breading #1 then batter then breading #2. Place on your grill indirect at 350 deg. Mist with cooking oil and cook until done. (20-30 minutes)
