I was looking at that the other day. Looks like a nice setup and integration with Bluetooth should be a plus. I don't want to be first

Remember, Bluetooth only works in a straight line - no walls or curves. That's why I returned my iTemp (or whatever it was called).
Love my thermapen. Seriously. But for the reason Michael mentions above I need to question the blue tooth usefulness. How far are you really going to be able to monitor?
Here's another comparison point although clearly not apples to apples.
For about $60 more you could pick up a CyberQ wifi. 3 Probes and a pit probe and .... you could set it up for Wifi or in infrastructure mode have virtually unlimited range.
Once more. Serious love affair with my thermapen but just not catching on to the usefulness of bluetooth in this application yet.

Ya, cool concept, but 30' range max line of sight will have limited applications for me.
This has not been my experience with Bluetooth...

Admittedly, I am only ~40' from my cooker and have a glass door between me and it, the iGrill ( a consumer grade product) works very well. I imagine the Thermoworks version would perform like it's other professional grade products.
