Rebuilt Q 200, and Loving Cooking on It.

I had recently picked up a Q200 off of CL, and much to my disappointment it wouldn't light. I ordered a regulator and burner tube from Weber last week and they came today. I had already de-gunked the grill, so it was a simple matter of installing the new parts. Wow this is an impressive grill. I cooked strips on it tonight, and they came out just the way we like them.

I have never cooked over a direct heat gas grill before, so could you give me some tips about cooking bone in chicken breasts.

I've done chicken halves on my Q320, they way I do them is preheat the grill to 450 or so, then turn the burners down to medium low (about 3 hash marks above low). I start them bone side down for 20 minutes, then flip for 20 more, then start taking temps...usually takes about 15 more minutes to finish.

So I imagine just chicken breasts would take a bit less time, say flip every 10-12 minutes, check temps after 25 minutes or so.
