Are you talking about buffalo? Excuse my ignorance, I am still learning the lingo....
If so, I use it a lot and it is awesome! It has a really good clean beef taste. It is fairly easy to find it ground at most grocery stores, but steaks and other cuts are harder to find in my area.
Much leaner though and need to be careful not to overcook, or just make extra sauce to compensate...works great in chili!
