Feast!!!

Thank you Dave for taking the time to be with us @ TVWBB. My question is who's idea was it that when a feast platter was order and they bring it out the whole staff chants feast! feast! feast!? It's fun to see the customers chant and kids chanting feast! Feast!

The staff at one of the restaurants started this to honor the fact that my humble beginnings utilized the garbage can lid from the garbage can that used to be my first smoker! Today the All American BBQ Feast served on a garbage can lid is one of our best sellers!!! it's a lot of fun especially when I see a family eating one and I say... OH I see you got the appetizer tray!!! "Famous Dave"

My first ever bbq lesson was with a manager in the Redlands CA location. He stopped by to see if we were ok and we started talking and explained to me what was the bark... my wife and I just assumed it was burnt. We now know better....lol
