Todays my smoke day! (5/26) Updated!
Been real busy last few days (honey do list). Quick few pics as I threw on the thighs and ribs. Thighs soaked in some buffalo sauce, ribs got mustard and Famous Dave rib rub. No preps as the boss is cracking the whip! Will post some done pics latter!
KBB and some Apple chunks after 3 2 1 on the ribs and a few hours later for the thighs. Sauced the thighs with KC masterpiece honey. Brown Sugar, Honey, and butter on the ribs. Foiled up then opened for glazing.
Plated up with slaw and smoked tater. Oh and a pickle, not as pretty as Lampe's plate but it ate good!
