It was only a matter of time before I got into this stuff man!Glad I did it, its worth it.
Seasoned the chucks with some A1 dry rub, pretty good stuff.

Put em on in a snake method with some hickory and cherry wood.

Getting there.

This is as close as i got to a plated pic, we were intoxicated and stuffed our faces!

Nice job, PSB would have been a good call here yesterday, it was almost a winter day, 90s by the end of next week, Mother Nature going thru menopause it seems. Thanks for sharing.
