Smoke Day Baby Backs in Georgia

I had to take my wife to the airport to catch a flight so I was not able to start my WSM until after 3:0O PM. I knew I would be short on time so I did some baby backs. Ran KBB and cherry in it today. Put the ribs on at 225 and started the timer when it reached 250. Made first vent adjustment at 260 and it stabilized at 275 and then didn't budge. Total time was about 3.5 hours. Been doing mainly spares lately, but I think this convinced me that I need to do baby backs more often. BTW - do you think my wife will smell a rat when I tell her all I had today was a salad and little meat? She knows me better. Hope your Smoke Day went well. I missed last year due to work so I wasn't about to miss two years in a row.
