What is the most unusual item you have ever grilled or smoked?

The most unusual item I have ever grilled is probably a 35 inch pizza on the ranch kettle. Although pizza is not unusual doing one on the ranch kettle is!! The most interesting thing I have ever smoked is a porky belly. I then slice, sauteed the bacon and used it in a milkshake. Delicious oh ya. What about you?

Have done both of those too. What I have found with both of these ingredients is the smoke does add a depth of flavor that brings a smile to my face! Avocado's, natures version of butter!!
