Shrimp and Veggies

Another attempt to cook something healthy and I hope this works.

Parboil the baby potatoes and corn. Remove before they are fully cooked.
Got some shrimp and put them on wood skewers and did some kabob style also.



Seasoned with lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning lightly.







All done they dont take too long...



Plated with salad and ready to eat. Thanks for looking.
