Can't what for WSM day! I got about 5 or so other families in on this thing. I'm doing the brisket, and I got my friends doing ribs, pork butt, wings, burgers, and brats! I'll follow up with pix.:D
 
Alright as promised here's the pix! Got the brisket on early at 12:30am mustard and Montreal steak rub. A little beef broth injection.

Put her on the smoker with some oak, and about 10-10.5hrs and nice bark!

Fun day, LOVED every minute of it. I think its time to start making preparations for next smoke day!
 
Other than good food, isn't that what this is all about? Good food and fellowship with friends and family. You are a blessed man.
 
Brisket looks wonderful! And as a fellow Lovelander, I always look forward to Memorial Day weekend because that's when the train starts operating.
