I hear ya Mike, I am travelling this year too.. so I have decided to move our celebration to the May long, 19th it is.

I am smoking early as I will be working that day. But I will grill when I get off work on the 25th as a token. Today is ribs and they are almost done. On the 18th I will be doing pulled pork.
