ET-73 on/off switch broken

And of course it's in the OFF positon. The switch just flops back and forth, does not engage to flip to on position. Anyone experience this and is there a way to fix it?

Wish it would have broken in the ON position

the same thing happened to mine about 6 months ago. use a toothpick to get it on and then flip a battery around to turn it off from now on.

Me too. I use the same on/off trick as Tony - just flip a battery. I really think they could use a re-design.

I had that happen too about six months after I purchased it. After another six months I e-mailed maverick and explained the issue. They sent a new one free of charge.

Thanks guys, I'll see if I can move it to the on-position with a toothpick, if not I'll give them a call.
